The inspector

The inspector is where you go from "rough" to "exact." Every parameter you can edit lives here.

Single-item mode

  • Title — rename the item (the label override)
  • Enable / disable toggle
  • Start time (HH:MM)
  • Duration (minutes)
  • Intervention-specific params (dose, intensity, etc.)
  • Description — read-only library notes about the intervention

Multi-select mode

  • "N items selected" header
  • Bulk Enable / Disable toggle
  • List of selected item names + icons
  • Note: parameter editing requires a single selected item

Live preview

  • Inline sparkline showing this item's impact on key signals
  • Updates as you change parameters

Sections shown for drug interventions

Top → bottom in the inspector view:

  1. Header — title, enable toggle
  2. Schedule + dose — time, duration, intervention params
  3. Notes — your free-text notes
  4. Biological Effects — every PD effect with citation pills on each row; click to expand for affinity, response τ, and full source list
  5. Active Interactions — drug-drug or timing rules currently firing on this item, with a "Find more synergy" link to discover positive pairings you haven't added yet
  6. Subject impact — how your physiology shifts the drug's behavior
  7. Clearance — hepatic / renal / biliary breakdown with enzyme chips
  8. Effects on other drugs — what enzymes this drug inhibits or induces
  9. Absorption + binding — bioavailability, protein binding, half-life
  10. References — collapsed by default; expands to numbered entries matching every pill above

Activity-style interventions (sleep, meditation, social, exercise) skip the PK/PD-specific sections — there's no plasma kinetics to show — but still surface biological effects and references.

Citation pills on every row

See Citation pills for the full color guide. Quick read:

  • Green — peer-reviewed literature backs this number
  • Blue — Lab calibration with rationale + owner
  • Red ⚠ — no source on file yet (tracked, shrinks over time)
