Arousal in Lab refers to autonomic nervous system state — fight-or-flight vs. rest-and-digest — not sexual arousal.

What the band shows

• Left half — sympathetic tone (warm colors)
• Right half — parasympathetic tone (cool colors)
• Composite arousal score
• Current polyvagal state label — Ventral / Sympathetic / Dorsal

Why it matters

• Caffeine, exercise, stress push sympathetic up
• Sleep, meditation, social connection push parasympathetic up
• Chronic sympathetic dominance shows up here before it shows in bloodwork
