Goals

A goal is shorthand for "show me the signals and interventions relevant to this objective." Selecting Energy auto-enables cortisol, glucose, and dopamine; selecting Sleep enables melatonin, adenosine, and core temperature.

Goals available

  • ⚡ Energy — daytime arousal, glucose stability, dopamine
  • 🎯 Productivity — focus, sustained attention, cortisol curve
  • ⚖️ Weight management — caloric balance, GLP-1, insulin
  • 🎭 Mood — serotonin, GABA, social engagement
  • 🔍 Focus — dopamine, acetylcholine, norepinephrine
  • 💪 Recovery — sleep depth, inflammation, growth hormone
  • 🌙 Sleep — melatonin, adenosine, core temperature
  • 🌀 Digestion — gut motility, microbiome proxies
  • 🩹 Pain — inflammation, cortisol, endogenous opioids
  • 🔄 Cycle syncing (F) — estrogen, progesterone, LH/FSH
  • 🧘 Calm — parasympathetic tone, GABA, cortisol suppression
  • 🧬 Longevity — autophagy proxies, mTOR, inflammation

  • The Add Item modal surfaces interventions tagged for any active goal
