A tour of the studio

The studio is where you spend 95% of your time. Here is what every panel does and how they relate.

The five surfaces

• Timeline (bottom) — your day, with draggable items
• Signal chart (center) — the engine's predictions over time
• Inspector (right drawer) — edit the selected item's parameters
• AI panel (right tab) — chat with Sim
• Scenario selector (top) — switch between scenarios

Headers + toggles

• Profile button — opens the profile modal
• Add Item button (+) — opens the library
• Signal toggle menu — pick which signals to chart
• Meters / heatmap / arousal toggles — alternate views
