Sim is a tool-using agent, not just a chat. Almost every UI action is exposed to it.

Timeline actions

• Add an intervention (compound, food, activity) at a specific time + duration
• Remove an intervention by name or by time slot
• Modify an intervention (change dose, time, duration, intensity)
• Duplicate an intervention

Profile actions

• Update physiology (sex, age, weight, cycle data)
• Toggle a condition on or off
• Adjust a condition's severity
• Update bloodwork values
• Toggle goals on or off
• Update nutrient targets

Chart actions

• Show or hide specific signals
• Reorder the signal legend
• Switch to a different simulation duration

Read-only actions

• Explain what a signal is and what affects it
• Cite the literature behind a specific prediction
• Summarize the differences between two scenarios
