Onboarding walkthrough

Onboarding takes about three minutes. It collects the minimum profile data needed for a useful first simulation and recommends interventions based on your stated goal.

The flow, step by step

• Hook animation — what the lab does in one minute
• Quick profile — biological sex, age range, primary goal
• Goal-aligned interventions — curated compounds/foods/activities for your goal
• Timeline tutorial — guided edits to the first scenario
• AI assistant intro — meet Sim
• Soft landing — the studio opens, ready to use

Skipping steps

• Most steps are skippable — defaults are sensible
• You can revisit any onboarding choice in Profile → Goals or Physiology
