How to prompt the AI

Sim is best when you give it a clear action verb and the context it can't infer from your state.

Prompts that work

• "Add 200 mg caffeine at 8am"
• "Remove all caffeine after 2pm"
• "Move my workout to 6am instead of 5pm"
• "Enable PCOS at severity 0.6"
• "What's the difference between this scenario and my baseline?"
• "Why did cortisol spike at 3pm?"

Prompts that confuse

• "Make me feel better" — too vague, no action verb
• "Update my data" — what data?
• "Should I take this?" — Sim won't give medical advice

Tips

• When in doubt, give Sim a time of day
• For dose changes, name the compound exactly
• Sim explains what it did after each tool call — read the response
