Naming and notes

A scenario without a name or notes is a graveyard. The naming conventions and notes habits below save you from your future self.

Naming

• Use what changes, not what stays — "+ morning sauna" beats "Scenario 4"
• Date prefix if you A/B over time — "2026-05 baseline"
• Mark the control — "baseline (no peptides)"

Notes

• One sentence on the hypothesis — what you expect to change
• One sentence on the result if you live it — what you actually felt
• Link to a relevant paper or supplement order if you have one
