Bloodwork — entering lab values

Default values are population averages. Replacing them with your own lab values makes the model dramatically more personal — especially for clearance, half-lives, and inflammation-sensitive signals.

Panels supported

• Metabolic — glucose, ALT, albumin, eGFR
• Inflammatory — hsCRP, AAG (alpha-1 acid glycoprotein)
• Hepatic — bilirubin, Child-Pugh score (paired with Hepatic Disease condition)
• Hormonal — placeholder for future expansion

What each value modifies

• eGFR — renal clearance for hydrophilic drugs
• ALT / albumin — hepatic metabolism + protein binding
• hsCRP — inflammation baseline and recovery curves
• AAG — binding affinity for basic drugs

Tips

• Use values from the most recent fasting draw
• Reset to Defaults restores population averages
• No need to fill everything — sparse data still helps
