Common questions

• Forgot your password? From the sign-in page → "Forgot password" → enter your email. Reset link expires in 1 hour.
• Changed your mind on the plan? Cancel anytime from Profile → Plans. Access continues until the end of the current cycle.
• Need a refund? See Plans & billing.

Support

For anything not covered above, file a support ticket from Profile → Support in the app. Most requests get a response within one business day.

Privacy and deletion requests are prioritized: send them with subject "Privacy request" or "Account deletion request" and we'll respond same-day.
